Vegetarian version: Omit bacon
Ingredients:
- 1 head cauliflower, diced
- 1 slice bacon (optional)
- 1 c coconut milk
- 1 c almond milk
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder, and other desired seasonings
- Cheese to serve
Directions:
1. Bring all ingredients to a boil over medium-low heat.
2. Blend in a blender or food processor.
3. Add cheese and seasoning to taste; serve immediately.
