Ingredients:
- 4 omega 3 eggs
- 4 egg whites
- 2 cups kale, spinach, and swiss chard
- 1-2 jalapenos, sliced
- 1 Tb coconut oil
- 1 oz almond mozzarella cheese
- 1 oz raw cheese
- 4 oz organic chicken, cooked
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 anaheim pepper, sliced.
Directions:
1. Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Mix eggs and egg whites and pour into the pan; scramble for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add greens, jalapenos, and chicken to eggs; stir to mix and heat through.
4. Add cheese, bell pepper, and anaheim pepper to serve.
