INGREDIENTS
- 2 scoops of chocolate whey protein
- 1⁄2 cup of dextrose or maltodextrin
- 1⁄4 tsp Peppermint extract
- 16 oz of water (or low fat milk to increase calories if need be)
DIRECTIONS
