We knew dropping bodyfat was the best approach first and set a target of 165lbs so a good 15lbs fat mass off his body
We set nutrition to keep satiety high, workout set up that hit the right frequency and intensity for recovery whilst working on fitness
Each wee we assessed
1. % Rate of Loss was hitting our intended targets
2. Training execution was on point and loads, reps were progressing alongside contractions
3. Energy & Satiety were where we wanted them to be

Seth came in in a prediabetic state, with low testosterone and was on course for medication but decided to go the natural route. He had amazing success at the beginning but life troubles got in the way in the way, throughout this time he still emphasised training and managed to maintain his BF%. When he was in position to turn the dial again he dropped the extra 8lbs of BF he was trying to and has got himself in incredible for shape, all at 51 years old.

Alongside nutrition we looked at WHY he was stalling and not being able to stick to a nutritional set up to support his goals
Stress & Relationships played a key in this
Once we placed strategies for this, and spoke weekly about them, the ability to stay within a nutritional set up to support his goals went from 50-60% up to 85-100%
- Chris' willingness to be transparent about what happened, when things didn't go to plan etc made Coaching a lot easier
Nutrition for performance is important, but a specific macro and calorie focused plan isn't going to work 'longterm' if underlying issues aren't addressed

Where do I start. Meg started with us because she wants to build more muscle and strength so as to mitigate against injury and live a fulfilling life. She has Aspergers, has lives through a few near-death experiences and has a connective tissue disorder.
Because of the events I mentioned and the catastrophic diagnoses she received from her doctors she is (or was) very fearful of moving her body in any novel manner. This coupled with her "outsourcing" this process to a "normal" man on the internet - guiding her from afar has been MEGA triggering.
In the past month there has been multiple breakdowns and lots of tears as she confronted her traumatic past, determined to set a new standard in her life..
