Client: Dave Thornhill

Coach: Gavin Attorre

Client Starting Point:

After Dave's fat loss phase, we started gaining muscle. Our goal currently is to move towards getting him ready for a photo shoot. We've got Dave from 159 up to 166 pounds. So we've increased a lot of lean mass. His body fat is still at a low level, so he's moving very well there.

So the goal is to get him up past around 175-180 and then diet him back down towards a photo shoot. That is our start point from the fat loss phase moving into the muscle building phase to get ready for a photo shoot. So moving very well, but now we have to transcend those lines out to make sure he's photo shoot ready.

Next 3 Month Goal:

In the next 90 days, we're looking to add more lean mass to his frame while keeping body fat at a reduced level so we can minimise the time to fat loss ready for the photo shoot.

Next 6 Month Goal:

Six-month target is to have photo shoot ready. So the goal over six months is to have Dave sit around 180, with a goal of then removing about 5-6 pounds of body fat to have him ready for a photo shoot.

Next 12 Month Goal:

After the photoshoot, we wanna make sure we sit up maintenance for a good 4-8 weeks. Then, we're going to build a little bit more muscle and a little bit more strength, and then focus on energy systems to make him more athletic, resilient, and increase work capacity at the new body weight that he will have after the photoshoot.

What were the Top 1-3 Obstacles You Had To Overcome?

The main thing we have to overcome with Dave is time management with his heavy workload and family life. We're able to structure the whole week so he's successful in completing the workouts. Our goal next is going to be making sure that we can fine-tune that to a greater degree so we can hit all the training sessions more accurately, and he's able to recover from those without overwhelming himself.

What were the Top 1-5 Wins You Experienced?

1. Adding 7 pounds of lean mass to his body without adding any more body fat.
2. Improving his family life with his kids and his wife being more successful there as a whole.

What Are The Top 1-3 Opportunities The Client Could Improve Upon Over The Next 6-12 Months?

1. Time management and efficiency around his 16-hour audit
2. Adding more lean mass to his body without adding body fat
3. Increasing his VO2max for more athletic ability after the photo shoot
4., improving his sleep hygiene by timing the setup of pre-bedtime rituals to make sure that we can get deep asleep with more focus and recovery. We can improve workout performance and general work performance for his daily life.

Based On Progress So Far, What Is The Best Next Target To Work On?

Sleep

Any Other Feedback On Next targets?

NA

What Would You Suggest Be Done To Ensure You Both Achieve A 100% Success Rate Together?

More consistency on call cadence. If we can book a few more calls throughout the next few months, we can make sure that we're dialling in on the areas we need without waiting until they veer their head and have to reduce fires rather than being more forthcoming in terms of planning ahead. So call cadence is going to be critical for us to make sure we're hitting the targets.

From your point of view, what is the probability of this client renewing on a simple scale of 1-10? And why (please explain)?

Renewal rate: 9/10. Myself and Dave have a fantastic relationship. He's come on leaps and bounds. He's more confident. His body shape is the best we've seen so far at the body weight he currently is at with his body composition. His energy is great. All we need to do now is focus on managing his time. Auditing is 16-hour audits consistently every 30 days to make sure we're on point. I think we'll have a great next 12 months in hitting all the targets that we want, as long as we're communicating and having our calls frequently, we should be hitting those no problem at all. Dave is an absolutely amazing client, and I love working with Dave.

Client: George Roumanous

Coach: Gavin Attorre

Client Starting Point:

When George initially started coaching, his inability to keep progressing in training was lasting no longer than two weeks due to breakdown and inability to recover. Now, he's able to continuously train for 12 weeks at a time without needing to deload at all. We're pushing the boundaries on his training a little bit more, so we've added a good 6-7 kg of lean body mass to his frame. Where he's not the same body fat level at around 85-86 kg as he was when he was 80 kg/79 kg. So, we've added a good amount of muscle mass. His strength is up, his ability to recover from training consistently is up as well. So, it's been great overall on the front.

Next 3 Month Goal:

Over the next three months, the goal is to remove elbow pain, knee pain, and have a better connection on pec training. So the goal here is to focus on form execution and contraction for the pecs.

Next 6 Month Goal:

Over six months, the goal should be to focus on keeping body fat at the same level here as well as maintaining body weight. We function better at this 85-87 kg body weight mark whilst improving performance and visually looking bigger in the chest and having higher numbers on chest flies and bench pressing dumbbell numbers.

Next 12 Month Goal:

In the next 12 months, we want to be having a visually larger looking chest and upper body overall, mainly the pecs, and improving VO2 max numbers, ideally at a good to world-class standard, at the age bracket below currently George's current age.

What were the Top 1-3 Obstacles You Had To Overcome?

Main obstacle we've had over the last six months has been the transition to George acquiring a new business and a new company, and he's done that successfully. Well, he's managed to maintain his training output visually. He's looking phenomenal, adding muscle mass to his frame. His body composition is next level, so he's done six really well as he successfully transitioned to growing his business in Australia.

What were the Top 1-5 Wins You Experienced?

I think the top wins are:
1. Being able to train consistently and consistently hard as well
2. Being able to spend quality time with family and working that into his lifestyle
3. Still maintaining a good high level of work output whilst successfully acquiring a new business, improving his financial status alongside that and being as healthy as he is with more muscle mass as lean as he is at the age he's at right now and how busy he is in general1. Increased chest size
2. VO2 max

What Are The Top 1-3 Opportunities The Client Could Improve Upon Over The Next 6-12 Months?

1. Increased chest size
2. VO2 max
3. Increase Load/Strength on Flyes/Pressing

Based On Progress So Far, What Is The Best Next Target To Work On?

Weight Training

Any Other Feedback On Next targets?

NA

What Would You Suggest Be Done To Ensure You Both Achieve A 100% Success Rate Together?

Continue on the current rate of communication in checking in daily or bi-daily across the week. George is phenomenal at that, giving me feedback, letting me know how he's doing. And we need consistent videos for chest training, especially, so the more we can dial in the chest, the more it can grow, and we can fine-tune the execution of everything we need.

From your point of view, what is the probability of this client renewing on a simple scale of 1-10? And why (please explain)?

Renewal status: 9 out of 10, mainly because the communication is great between myself and George. Our relationship is fantastic. When we have struggles in anything that we foresee, we discuss it together as a team, we set goals around it, we set accountability around it, and we make sure we hold each other towards that. And anything we need to unpack, we do so on calls and messages to make sure we're moving forward.

Client: Chad Jenkins

Coach: Gavin Attorre

Client Starting Point:

After Fat Loss phase we were at 165lbs and lean
Goal is to get bodyweight up and staying as lean as we can through the process. Once body fat creeps too high we move to fat loss to return insulin sensitivity and begin building more muscle

We finished our Building phase at 188lbs at around 18%BF

165lbs 12% BF - 145lbs Lean Mass
188lbs 18%BF - 154lbs Lean Mass - 9-10lbs increase - Time Duration 30-34 weeks

Next 3 Month Goal:

Find maintenance calories & after completing current fat loss cycle. Goal 170-175lbs to end fat loss then increase carbs and calories - estimate to add another 5lbs at some body fat levels, then sit at maintenance for 6 weeks

Next 6 Month Goal:

Start to add lean mass on new bodyweight. Goal 195-200lbs before next fat loss/body comp phase - ETA Aug-Sept 2026

Next 12 Month Goal:

Sit at 185lbs at 10-11% - Fat Loss Phase Sept to end of Nov app 10-12 Weeks

What were the Top 1-3 Obstacles You Had To Overcome?

Mainly family events and work/family trips

Although these were fine as we plan in strategies and Chad is great at comunicating what he needs so we get ahead

main item was deep sleep with his central sleep apnea

He now uses a Bi-pap machine but alongside that we have implemented breath holds to increase carbon dioxide tolerance. Mechanism to be able to go longer without needing oxygen when he sleeps

We have noticed a greater increase implementing this alongside the Bi-Pap than without breatholds and Bi-pap alone

What were the Top 1-5 Wins You Experienced?

1. Impoved Deep Sleep
2. Increase of 9lbs Lean Mass
3. PB's in Bench, Squats

What Are The Top 1-3 Opportunities The Client Could Improve Upon Over The Next 6-12 Months?

Our overarching goal is to get to 185-195lbs at 10-12% BF and then maintain athleticism

Above we have dated targets to hit body comp goals - which we are well on the way towards them

Oppotunities we have alongside doing this and making sure energy systmes are moving alongside it to have quality athleticism with adding muscle mass

Based On Progress So Far, What Is The Best Next Target To Work On?

Energy Systems

Any Other Feedback On Next targets?

No, Chad will lock everything in - he's a beast

What Would You Suggest Be Done To Ensure You Both Achieve A 100% Success Rate Together?

Keep communication and cadence of calls as is. We have worked perfectly together the last year and we will hit all targets 100% if continued as is

From your point of view, what is the probability of this client renewing on a simple scale of 1-10? And why (please explain)?

9 - The fact we are hitting goals as predicted
The programming will be different to what he may expect as we transition so at times its progressive overload but others its quaility and looking at speed of execution, alongside energy systems and managing HRV/recovery to push performance when combining both modalities

Client: Guillaume De Bruyne

Coach: Gavin Attorre

Client Starting Point:

Constantly getting sick and immune system very low
Extremely tired constantly
Bodyweight around 175-176lbs
Bodyfat - 17-19%
Distended lower belly

Next 3 Month Goal:

Add 5lbs muscle/Bodyweight whilst keeping body fat down at current level or better

Next 6 Month Goal:

Increase sleep quality - better quality with duration we can maintain. Robust immune system and blood work numbers in better place when we have values to measure. Gut Health improved with Greg

Next 12 Month Goal:

Increase energy up to 4-5/5 consistently. 10lbs Muscle added - Body fat 10-12% - Robust immune system

What were the Top 1-3 Obstacles You Had To Overcome?

Getting clear on exact ideal win over the first 90 days
Guillaume's main goal for 90 days was to reduce incidents of being unwell and be able to train consistently

First we had to make sure training programs fit within a short time period - 45mins max
We included running as he enjoys this

Main highlight was supporting through nutrition with work events and getting macronutrients in a good place as eating wasn't where we needed it to be to help the goals we wanted
Low Protein
Very High Fat intake
Moderate to high Carb intake

This is what we saw based of the AI Analysis in our dashboard

What were the Top 1-5 Wins You Experienced?

1. Only one small recurrence of illness over 90 days that lasted only a couple days
2. Macro's and calories now in place consistently well
3. Body weight slightly higher at 178lbs but visually leaner dropping a good 2-3% Body fat
4. Distention of lower belly much better
5. Training program progressing to more muscle building and strength focused now that movements have improved - way better set up to add more muscle which in turn will help immune system massively and increase his functional capacity

What Are The Top 1-3 Opportunities The Client Could Improve Upon Over The Next 6-12 Months?

1. Get blood work done correctly so we can see whats happening. Bloods didn't get processed well in belgium Guillaumes end and we still don't have data here

2. Start to include peptides - Epitalon and Thymosin Alpha 1 to help with sleep, and immune system more, add SS31 later to help mitochondrial function that will support immune system more also alongside increased energy

3. Increase muscle and strength - helping immune system further. His Resting heart rate is super low and he's aerobically efficient. His biggest lever here is muscle

Based On Progress So Far, What Is The Best Next Target To Work On?

Weight Training

Any Other Feedback On Next targets?

NA

What Would You Suggest Be Done To Ensure You Both Achieve A 100% Success Rate Together?

Block calls out in advance
More frequent calls would be ideal
More advanced notice and communication for travel and work events so we can support there - but this can come up on calls each week too

Guillaume has been great with videos - but id like more when it comes to weight training so we know he's maximising them - we can pick 1-2 per workout so its time efficient first up

From your point of view, what is the probability of this client renewing on a simple scale of 1-10? And why (please explain)?

7-8 out of 10
I feel we have hit a great start with less illness bouts which was the main focus.
Now we need to build resilience with added muscle and plan in
1. Blood work
2. Peptides

Utilising both of these alongside strength progression will see him reap so many benefits

Client: Christopher Clark

Coach: Gavin Attorre

Client Starting Point:

Has been in the program for two years, so starting point has evolved over time.
Entered this year at a higher body fat percentage and has since dropped roughly 8%.

Practice letting go of stressors outside his control and stay focused on controllable variables.
Maintain high training output while continuing to raise standards for himself.

Nutrition

Any Other Feedback On Next targets?

Dialing in nutrition and avoiding emotional eating
Maintaining logic-driven choices with food
(Nutrition is the biggest limiter; training and cardio are already strong.)

Keep doing what’s already working: communication is strong, training execution is excellent.
Attend more Muscle Camps or in-person events to stay surrounded by like-minded people.
Continue building his environment so it supports resilience and growth.

Manage inflammation levels to protect telomere length by reducing telomerase activity.

Introduce Epitalon later once inflammation is under control for enhanced telomere support.

Based On Progress So Far, What Is The Best Next Target To Work On?

Energy Systems

Any Other Feedback On Next targets?

Improving aerobic capacity and VO2 max will lower cortisol, support sleep, and improve hormonal balance.

More consistent daily updates will allow faster adjustments and better progress.

Ensuring stress management strategies remain in place during travel phases.

What Would You Suggest Be Done To Ensure You Both Achieve A 100% Success Rate Together?

Increase frequency of communication to daily or every-other-day check-ins.

Send training feedback, exercise videos, and program updates more consistently.

Ask questions proactively so adjustments can be made before issues build up.

Maintain clear travel plans in advance so nutrition, training, and supplementation can be pre-mapped.

From your point of view, what is the probability of this client renewing on a simple scale of 1-10? And why (please explain)?

8/10 - Based on how long it took to get him in I'm hesitant lol - but we have built a good relationship so far and his feedback on calls has been great. We just need to make sure hes following through here

Progress is clear.

Communication & Accountability

From your point of view, what is the probability of this client renewing on a simple scale of 1-10? And why (please explain)?

5-6
He's done well so far without using what is there for him. As things progress he will encounter challenges that we need to resolve and if communication or feedback isn't there its going to be tough for him
He may see that he's lost weight without doing whats needed from coaching, but if he followed the coaching as we have laid out, he could be 40-50lbs down right now not 25lbs

He needs small successful wins to keep momentum - not focusing on that he needs to lose 120-130lbs - that will come, but we need the basics of coaching to help this process

Client: Andrew McCooey

Coach: Gavin Attorre

Client Starting Point:

Started 175lbs at roughly 12-15%BF

We have increased BW up to 192.5lbs with BF around 16-17% at that point, then completed a short 8-10 week diet phase to line BF back down to the 12-14% mark.
After increasing kcals back up we should see an increase and BW sitting at around 185lbs at 12-14% which will be a solid 10lbs lean mass increase

Next 3 Month Goal:

Add BW up to 190lbs at same BF level so leaner at 190lbs than previous 190lbs - Focus on Increase in Delts & Legs, Improved strength around lower back with emphasis on diaphragm breathing to control.

Next 6 Month Goal:

Increase strength of Lower & Upper Body lifts - Maximal strength from month 6 then into power development phase to increase neural firing of Motor Unit Recruitment to prep for further Hypertrophy blocks and solidify current new muscle mass growth

Next 12 Month Goal:

Maintain above 190lb-195lbs at 10-14%BF. Increased Strength on lifts, improved structural balance of low back strength

What were the Top 1-3 Obstacles You Had To Overcome?

1. Low Back strength as we start to increase loads. We are now looking at improved diaphragm control as this will be a limitation. And using MI principles of Time as a proxy of progression to improve the ranges and strength needed. We'll also add in isolation/complimentary exercises to improve this.

2. Shoulder imbalance. This will come from limitation of thoracic spine which we have worked around so far. This will improve much more as we improve Diaphragm strength through breath work. Utilising dead hangs with breath work is currently in the program so will improve Diaphragm, Grip Strength and also shoulder mobility and strength and end ranges over head in full flexion.

What were the Top 1-5 Wins You Experienced?

Taking Andrew up to 192.5lbs from 177lbs whilst maintaining a relatively lower BF% - great 15lbs increase

Starting to get Andrew confident with lower rep ranges and learning how to get strong over the long term to help improve Hypertrophy for future training blocks

What Are The Top 1-3 Opportunities The Client Could Improve Upon Over The Next 6-12 Months?

1. Strength in lower rep ranges without increasing joint issues - we know why this happened in the past so have gone through the 10% spread build up to top set lifts - This is key for longterm strength and joint health

2. Increase Power development at knew strength levels. This will increase Motor Unit Recruitment and increase firing rate for muscle fibre recruitment. A great foundation for further Hypertrophy gain in future training

3. Energy systems - as we grow we need to make sure energy systems are being considered. In Strength & Power blocks we can improve metabolic capacity to set up for Hypertrophy blocks with increased capacity demand

Based On Progress So Far, What Is The Best Next Target To Work On?

Nutrition

Any Other Feedback On Next targets?

Read Above

What Would You Suggest Be Done To Ensure You Both Achieve A 100% Success Rate Together?

Keep communication as we are. The more Andrew has sent videos through the last 6-8 weeks the faster changes have been able to be made in programming and exercise execution. Check ins are perfect. I can add BW to performance tracker from Check In each week no problem. If Andrew can keep asking questions for clarity when needed, send videos through then targets can be met as we have done so far really well.

As we transition to more strength work, I'll be looking at lift numbers for main lifts to ensure progress in strength

From your point of view, what is the probability of this client renewing on a simple scale of 1-10? And why (please explain)?

9 - Talked through the process with Andrew and he's happy for me to program above

If he needs any more clarity on the process, or needs to switch anything around then we can adjust certain parts accordingly

Based On Progress So Far, What Is The Best Next Target To Work On?

Nutrition

Any Other Feedback On Next targets?

Changing up nutrition next will help us drive forward in energy system training but also Body Comp and lean mass results.
This will be our initial 3 month target to see changes in this area
Over 6 months - re-check Testosterone levels and discuss steps in relation to TRT if needed
12 Months - Increased Lean Mass at 180-190lbs BW at 10-12% Body Fat
Each 12 week block we will be targeting specific exercises to monitor % increases from 12 week training cycles to ensure progression is being made
We will work the same set up if energy systems are being utilised, monitoring progress over Distance, Watts / Power Output in relation to VO2Max improvements

What Would You Suggest Be Done To Ensure You Both Achieve A 100% Success Rate Together?

Keep up the cadence of communication we have and keep the training focus and intensity where it is.
We can adjust timelines on muscle increases if/where needed, but once we get labs back on Testosterone levels we can make quicker gains if Testosterone levels are at a higher level than we have been working with so far, even though adding 10lbs has been a great start.
