One Piece Of Advice Or Feedback That Someone In The Same Position Could Learn From:
Following the plan is obviously step 1 so we can realistically see what is working and what is not
Chad would religioulsy track
BW on a consistent basis so we knew how much we were gaining/losing each week so we could make any adjustments
Training execution videos were sent each week so we could fine tune
1. Execution
2. Manage loading to make sure the signal we needed was being met
3. Planning trips and looking ahead for gyms, nutrition around restaurants etc was all laid out ahead of time
Some weeks will be perfectly met, some might not be perfect but we communicate to make sure what we need to chage will keep the momentum moving forward
