Introduction to the 4 Resiliencies

Your rate of progression, and the ceiling of your results, are determined by your ability to adapt. Adaptation is impacted by what we term The 4 Resiliencies: 

  • Physical Capability 
  • Metabolic Flexibility 
  • Physiological Flexibility
  • Psychological Flexibility

These can be correlated with Training, Nutrition, Lifestyle, and Mindset. 

In this module, you will get a brief overview of each area of resiliency. This introduction will help you understand the level and type of adaptation required for body transformation.
