Light should be in front of you, not behind you
Your full body should be visible
You can choose to either flex or relax, but whichever you choose, stick with that every week.
Note
If you don’t have someone to assist you, set a time on your phone or camera to take photos. Simply set the time, then step into position, wait until the photo is taken.
Pro-Tip
If you take your photos with your phone, it may also be efficient to complete the weekly check-in form from your phone too as you will be required to upload the photos when filling it out.
