DO NOT assume that one step or question is more important than the next.

Please complete everything honestly and accurately to the best of your ability. There are things that we read between the lines and learn about you that you would never know without years of practice.

If you don’t have someone to assist you, set a time on your phone or camera to take photos. Simply set the time, then step into position, wait until the photo is taken.

Pro-Tip

If you take your photos with your phone, it may also be efficient to complete the weekly check-in form from your phone too as you will be required to upload the photos when filling it out.
